Terms of service

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vircasi. You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email, and you are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

Credits and payment

Making and regenerating previews is free. Downloading a character's full-resolution pack (its face photos and the full-body photos of its looks) uses 3 credits; downloading the same photos again is free, and regenerated photos or new looks make the next download a new pack.

New accounts receive free credits. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, and we may change the free allowance for new accounts. Paid credits are sold in packs through our payment provider, Stripe, and do not expire while your account exists.

Refunds: within 14 days of a purchase you can ask us at [email protected] to refund the credits from that purchase you have not used, and we will refund them to your original payment method. Credits that have been used are not refundable, except where the law where you live requires it. We may change prices for future purchases and will show the new price before you buy.

Acceptable use

You must follow the content policy. In particular you may not create a likeness of a real person without their consent, nude or sexually explicit content, or any content that sexualises minors. You may not try to get around our safety checks, overload the service, scrape it, or resell access to it. We may block requests, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your characters and images

As between you and us, the images you download are yours to use, including in commercial projects, subject to these terms and the content policy. Images are made by AI models: the law on copyright in AI-generated images differs between countries and is still developing, so we cannot promise that an image is protected by copyright, and other people may create similar images. You are responsible for how you use your images and for making sure your use is lawful.

You give us the permission we need to store, process and display your characters and images in order to run the service for you. We do not use your private characters in our public examples or marketing without asking you first.

Previews and watermarks

Images shown in the studio are watermarked previews. Removing the watermark, or taking full-resolution files in any way other than downloading them, is not allowed.

The service

Vircasi uses AI models, some run by us and some by other providers. Their output can be imperfect or unexpected, and the same request can give different results. We work to keep Vircasi available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using Vircasi at any time and ask us at [email protected] to delete your account and your characters. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close an account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund paid credits that have not been used.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the studio before it takes effect; continuing to use Vircasi after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
